Hotel Advisories

A minimum mandatory Tourism Levy Fee of $6 USD per person per night for all guests 18 years of age and older, and $3 USD per person per night for guests aged 12 to 17 years will be applied. The tourism levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.
The Hotel wants to notify that all the guests arriving as of January 1st 2023, the complimentary access to hydrotherapy circuits will be limited over the age of 18 which will be one session per person per stay.

All customers traveling both internationally and domestically are required to present proper identification upon flight check-in and when clearing security or Customs. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features because of denied boarding situations.

Please note that this information is for U.S. citizens only. Foreign travelers should visit their local consulate for travel requirements (a VISA or other written verification may be necessary). Nationals of other countries, residing in the U.S. with a Resident Alien Card, see the States Department's consular website at www.travel.state.gov.

Domestic Travel: All domestic passengers 18 years of age or older are required to present one form of government issued photo identification (such as a valid driver's license).

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, G.I.G.I. Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly.

Reduced Deposit Plan

If you purchase a flight, a reduced deposit plan will be automatically added for this trip. It is optional. You may ask to have it removed. However, your deposit amount will significantly increase.

This is a program designed specifically for clients outside of charter markets. The Reduced Deposit Plan is an exclusive tool to allow you to pay only $300 per person and be fully ticketed on most major carriers. The remainder of the booking balance is due 30 days prior to departure.

RDP is available at a fee of $25 per person, due at time of deposit.

I recommend that you protect your vacation investment by purchasing one of our Vacation Protection Plans, most of which have flexible cancellation policies, trip delay and other benefits. If you choose our Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] with the reduced deposit plan [RDP], you must have paid for your airline ticket(s) and insurance in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use.

Hotel Cancellation Penalties

We understand the unexpected can happen and choosing to cancel your vacation is never an easy decision. Cancellations within 48hrs or less is a ONE (1) night penalty, outside of 48hrs there is no penalty.
